Calendar guidelines
- The destination calendar is primarily arts, entertainment and culture focused.
- Events must occur at or feature a Yountville Chamber member business.
- Events must be open to the public and of interest to potential visitors.
- Meetings and wine-club-member-only events are not listed.
- Recurring events require a separate submission for each date/time occurrence.
- Listings are available to Yountville Chamber members.
Make the listing useful.
- Include the member business or location in the event title.
- Write a detailed event description with the important visitor details.
- Select the most appropriate categories.
- Provide a promotional image you are authorized to use.
- High-resolution imagery is preferred.
Chamber staff reviews submissions and reserves the right to approve or deny events based on the published guidelines.
